At Hearing Matters, our dedicated team takes pride in providing a personalised and thorough hearing aid fitting. During this time, we focus on adjusting the hearing aids with the help of computer technology that will perfectly align with your unique hearing needs and match your lifestyle requirements.

We will carry out any necessary evaluation tests, offer a detailed explanation and demonstration of how your new hearing aid operates, show you how to replace batteries (if applicable), how to properly clean the aids, and guide you through how to put on and take off the devices. We will also go over long-term care practices.

Crucially, we take the time to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in handling the insertion and extraction of your hearing aids, and we provide a clear understanding of the acclimatisation program you're about to begin.

At Hearing Matters, our goal is to have your hearing aids fitted within 2-4 weeks from the order placement, depending on stock availability, custom options (if chosen), and clinic scheduling.
