That's why our Complete Care package is designed to provide you with lasting support, and total peace of mind for a full four years after your initial new hearing aid fitting. It's a personal and consistent journey where you'll be cared for by the same trusted team who truly understand your hearing health needs.
We go beyond just fitting the latest hearing aid technology. With Complete Care, you receive expert support and clinical care for the full lifetime of your premium hearing aids. This includes:
- Free Hearing Health Assessments
- 4-year manufacturer’s warranty on your hearing aid(s)*
- 4-years supply of batteries (or replacement rechargeable battery)
- Wax guards, domes, earmoulds, and speaker units
- An annual check of your hearing health and of the hearing aids
- One complimentary wax removal treatment with our ENT team during your plan
- Ongoing repairs and support
- Loan hearing aids if your aids must be sent away for repair **
- A dedicated Complete Care pack with clinical and support information
*excludes loss/damage insurance
