Aftercare

At Hearing Matters, we understand that your hearing needs can change over time, or issues with your hearing aids may crop up occasionally. That's why we offer comprehensive and reliable aftercare services tailored to you and your individual requirements.

As part of our aftercare programme, we offer review appointments tailored to individual needs. At these appointments we will clean and service your hearing aids and perform any appropriate testing, fine-tuning etc if required. In addition to your review appointments, you are welcome to attend appointments for minor adjustments, inhouse repairs or fine-tuning any time you feel necessary.

If anything goes wrong with your hearing aid we are here to support you. We will send the hearing aid to the appropriate manufacturer and ensure the hearing aid is returned to you as quickly as possible. Our hearing aids come with a minimum two-year warranty, and this can be extended if needed or if it is deemed appropriate by your Audiologist.
