Behind the Ear (BTE)
BTE (Behind-The-Ear) hearing aids are worn discreetly behind the ear and consist of a small case housing the electronic components. The sound is transmitted from the case through a tube to a custom-made ear mould that fits inside the ear canal. BTEs can be programmed and adjusted to suit individual needs, providing improved sound clarity and enhancing the wearer's overall hearing experience. BTEs are recommended for severe to profound hearing losses.
