A Tympanogram is an alternative check on your hearing system and is extremely efficient and effective, especially where your child’s hearing is concerned. It involves a small pressure applied to the eardrum.  It is quick, painless and will objectively assess the condition of the eardrum and middle ear system, producing an immediate graphical display.  It is a very informative, child-friendly test but is often equally as beneficial when assessing adults.
