
Manufacturers' warranties offered on hearing aids are normally for two years. Following this initial warranty period if your aid develops a problem then the subsequent repair will incur a cost. The cost could be for a minor repair conducted in house or for a major repair requiring the aid to be returned to the manufacturer.
To avoid any 'unaccounted for expense' in the future we have developed The Extended Care Plan. We can now offer for a simple plan that gives you complete peace of mind for a small monthly fee.
The Extended Care Plan
Includes:
- All minor (in-house) repairs throughout the year
- All major (manufacturer) repairs throughout the year
- Hearing Aids cleaned, checked and tested twice a year
- Ear examination to monitor condition twice a year
- Hearing tested annually
- Re-programming and re-tuning of hearing aids whenever necessary
- Advice on products to enhance your daily listening experience wherever indicated or requested.
The Extended Care Plan is available to all whether you have purchased your hearing aid from us or elsewhere (conditions apply). Hearing aid wearers can now have the reassurance that future expenses and after-care needs are being taken care of.
